I made my own 8 wisker type HDTV antenna via instructions on internet made with 12 gauge copper wire instead of hanger (diagram picture attached).
Technically, it doesn’t seem to be the most stunning and polished game – dude was running down an almost vertical mountain (impossible) with the same running animation as on flat ground (looks stupid). I saw an adapter that separated out the audio (to analog, I assume) and it was expensive, but I could be missing something. I mainly use torrents, but i get a bit confused when i actually see the file i want, but i am not sure what all the other information is after the film title.

Most of the newer HT projectors are in the 16:9 / 16:10 format while my M20X is a 4:3 unit. Would it be a pain to use an HDMI->DVI adapter? So how much difference inmprovement in rendering time will there be on that i5 system with a $100, $200, $300, $400 or $500 video card?
How is taking this to the mothership going to end up? Is it simply a limitation of the studio where the show is taped only supporting SD? My MacBook gets a kernel panic every time I boot it up. I’m finally ready to pull the trigger on a new TV.
